Our oil gets its peculiar taste and flavour and its low acidity thanks to an accurate cultivation and to a natural selection and elaboration process.

The pressing in cold of the arbequina olive gives to the Montebrione Extra Virgin Oil a very balanced taste and with all the alimentary attributes, very suitable to dress salads and our typical “Pa and Tomàquet” (it’s a catalan typical food which consists in spreading a piece of bread with tomato).

Its natural properties convert it in an indispensable element in the Mediterranean diet.
