The
wine cellar
Historically,
the Baix Camp region has been a wine-growing region par excellence.
White wines were produced together with and red wines of the
"Garnacha", "Cariqena", and the "Alexandria Muscatel" types.
At present, these cultivations have suffered a great backward
process in our region (basically, the white and red wines are
no longer produced). However, the "Muscatel" type continues
being preserved and new vineyards are still being planted.
